Can I have a post please, posting for a friend so that she can see some of the comments as it doesn’t matter what I say, she won’t listen to me so I’m hoping she’ll see that it’s not just me! Basically she’s been with this guy for 4 years, (he lied about having a girlfriend when they first met). Since then, he’s sorted himself out but he continually lies about tiny things, which is making her paranoid about what else he could be lying about. For example, he told her he’s spoken to his parents about plans for Christmas but when she saw them later, they said he hadn’t spoken to them about it. Anything like that he’ll just make things up, which is obviously making her insecure. She confronts him and he promises not to lie again but continues to and they have a child together but what would anyone else do?! TIA
