Can I have a post please with a picture…

Wanting advice on what this could be had it about 2 weeks appeared when I started getting a cough and cold which turns out to be a viral infection so not sure if this is part of it to didn’t show doctor it other day because I’m petrified its something bad. Its not sore or swollen doesn’t feel itchy got few on my arm and also stomach x
