Hi all im just looking for some advice really .. im 26 years old with 3 kids my mums just passed away and im finding it really hard my hearts just broken i cant sleep at night my minds doing over time then im wanting to sleep most of the day im on anti depressents but dont feel like there working also having trouble with my step dad been horrible since mum passed my 4 year olds took it really bad she sleeps with the pic of her nanan and crys her self to sleep its just so hard and to top it off my mums not even got a grave or headstone for me and kids to visit its killing me sorry for the long post just needed to get it out 😣😣

Chin up hun, I know how you feel. I lost my mom in March and it was/is the worst thing I’ve ever had to go through. My kids are a bit older than yours so maybe they understand more, they are 12, 9 and 6. My heart still breaks at least a million times a day and I could easily sit and cry. I’m not on any meds or anything and I’m very lucky that I’m very close to my dad. It doesn’t get any easier you just learn to plod along for your kids sake and try and find a new happy and a new normal xxx
