Can I have a post please?
My LB is 6 months. The past couple of days he has come out in a really bad heat rash.
I’ve kept him in the shade or in a cool room inside. He’s been naked most of the day with regular full body wipe downs but the rash is still all over.
Any suggestions please?

I have tried everything my 1yo is exactly the same she hasn’t had clothes on apart from the school run in the last 48 hours. I’ve just kept her cool out the sun and followed her around with a fan. Don’t think there is really that much you can do to be honest. If you do find something please let me know my fat stuff is suffering big time x
I suffer with heat rash. Best thing is aloe Vera. If u can get an aloe Vera plant and snap a leaf off keep it in the fridge and there’s a jelly in the leaf. Rub that jelly on it’s cooling and soothing and brings down the rash. X
Coolsh baths or Maybe play in a paddling pool in the shade. If it hasn’t gone by Sunday I would get it checked out by a doctor’s or even the pharmacist . Hope your little one is alright xxxxx
A fan to cool them. Calamine lotion will soothe the skin too or aloe Vera is good & keep as naked as possible xx
