Can I have a post plz!!!

Split with my ex 8 months ago after a bad relationship he got with someone else 2 wks after we split ( said he did it to hurt me ) it worked!!! I slept with him twice in dec behind her back, told her she wouldn’t believe me said I was causing trouble!! I know I shouldn’t of!! Anyway we started sleepin together a month a go again, yesterday I found out their engaged if I tell her the truth she won’t believe me!! I know sleepin with him behind her back was wrong but I also know he’s just with her to hurt me and he said he can’t finish with her coz he’s taken things to far!!! He’s also still on tinder msg and meetin girls wen she’s not around I have proof of this to!! Wat do I do ??? This girl had only known my ex two wks and had introduced him to her kids!! We have a daughter together that he just uses to hurt me!!
