I dont want this to sound ungrateful or anything and sorry if its long…

I never saw myself only having one child i thought id always have a little family running around my child isnt my partners and unfortunatly he cant have anymore children.
I love my partner to bits and i cant see my life without him in it but its come to the point where im resentful i really want a baby its all that goes through my head i feel really down all the time because thats all whats on my mind.
How do i carry on ?
How can i be Happy again?
Do i sound ungrateful?

All im seeing down my newsfeed is my friends are becoming pregnant and im hating it
