Can I have a pp please,
I was wondering how stressed you need to be at work to get signed off? I’m 7 weeks and really can’t take it anymore. The place has totally changed from how it used to new higher management it’s a joke, I take on too much at work constantly running around the place when I’m in charge from no help from my colleagues I have brought it up but nothing ever gets done, so much heavy lifting involved but no risk assessment been done also had 2 disciplinary for something and the first one wasent my fault the 2nd one I missed one thing that was outta date to be taken off the shelf and got in shit for it and if I get another disciplinary I get fired which I can’t afford right now I told my boss I don’t want to do it anymore but he dosent listen and says that I can do it so I pretty much will do it, it’s way too much and I don’t even want to go back but I have no choice makes me want to cry xx
