Can I have a pp please?
Me and my boy have been through hell and back so please no bashing or judgemental comments!
Last Monday night my now ex partner was drunk, I was in the bathroom and I heard my partner walk into the room my 6 year old son was in, I heard a thud and my little boy cry, I ran out to see what had happened, my son had his head down as partner was still in the room, I kept asking what happened but he looked petrified and wouldn’t tell me, my partner left the room and my son said as soon as he left that my partner had punched him, we’ve had police, SS, doctors and nurses hounding us for two days after this happened, my son had swelling and bruising across his nose, head and corners of both eyes, my ex is swearing he didn’t touch him, my boy is adamant he did hit him. I’m just after advice on how to deal with this as it’s heartbreaking and I’m finding it extremely difficult to get through, my son is ok now and he just plays and acts as normal, but for me it’s sending me into emotional breakdowns, I can’t stop crying, I’m constantly miserable. Any help or advice welcome and sorry for the massive paragraph! Thank you x
