Can I have a pp please. My daughter is 5 and up until March this year had little to no contact with her father as he would appear every 6 months or so expecting to see her. When she was 3 I made the decision to stop contact until he was seeing her regular after I had a contract dawn up but because ‘it wasn’t legal’ he wouldn’t abide by it and we eventually went to court in February this year. Since then he has missed 5 visits, been repeatedly late anywhere between 20mins- 3 hours and is only making a third of his allocated calls a week if we’re lucky. He was also meant to start having her for full weekends however he isn’t available to do it due to work ( a job he started after the agreement) and he told me this week after missing his last 2 visits he won’t be back on track to visit for a while. What would you advise I do as I don’t really want to fork out to take him to court for breaching the order?
