Can I have a pp please. My ex partner and the father of my 3 year old daughter is taking his toll on me. He has access which has been fine and we agreed it mutually. He has now moved on and has a girlfriend who’s now pregnant with his child. Absolutely fine. I’ve recently got into a relationship after over a few months of friendship. He obviously knows my daughter well. He is now stating that he doesn’t want him anywhere near my daughter as I live an unstable lifestyle and a lot of other shit. It isn’t true I work part time and I provide for my daughter. My partner also works so isn’t here 24/7. He has never and I never ever hurt either of us. But my ex is saying if I don’t agree to his demands he’s taking me to court. My question is am I right in what I’m saying that he has no right to tell me who Can and can’t see my daughter during my time?
