Can I have a pp please. Posting for a friend. She needs some advice as she’s not sure on her situation.
Basically, my friend and her son were moved away from their family home due to DV and have been put in ‘temporary’ accommodation which isn’t temp. They’ve been there just under 2 years. The problem is, they have her in a bedsit and she’s sharing her bed with her 8 year old son. Does anyone know if there are any laws on this as surely it’s not allowed? Also, SS have somehow messed everything up and the father knows where they are. She can’t bid on where she used to live as they class that as her ‘risk area’ and the area she’s been put in, she has to live there a minimum of 6 years before she can join that local council. Can anyone help? Thankssss :)))
