Can I have a pp please?

What would you do with a 4yr old boy who refuses to eat anything bar rubbish!? Had a very good varied diet including treats however now won’t eat anything fruit / veg / cooked meals.
Iv left him not eat it and tried again with something else next meal but he’s still refusing!?
Obv won’t leave him start but I won’t be giving in to rubbish he wants.

Any advice?
