Can I have a PP please x

I had implant fitted 11wks ago (this was 6wks post miscarriage).
Ever since I had miscarriage then implant fitted I’ve been on a nonstop period. Getting bad headaches, lethargic, sex drive disappeared, dizzy spells. Also depression is rather bad.
Has anyone else had this?? Does it get better or shall I have the implant out?
