can I have a pp please?
does anyone know of any creams or solutions to help with psoriasis? tried many creams off the doctors that isn’t getting me any further forward, currently covered all over my body including my scalp. Any advice would be grateful, also can sunbeds help?

I tried cream after cream until the doctor put me on a really strong steroid cream, and it helped a little. But i found using sensitive bath soaps help. Even the Lush dream cream made it less irritable. After this mine cleared up, only my elbows and knees are slightly sore now. Not heard of sunbeds helping though x
