Can I have a pp please!!

I previously escaped a violent relationship with my kids and went on to meet someone else and thought I had found my prince! After falling pregnant during an argument there was a lot of grabbing pushing which resulted in me having bruises and a lot of upset we split up seeked help and had counselling!
Over a year down the line things seemed to be hitting a breaking point I live on eggshells he doesn’t help he has no time for any of the kids including the child we have together he’s nasty too me – calls me fat and says I cheat, he checks my phone constantly and to top it off he has now done it again, during an arguement started pushing and shaking me!
I know it’s over, but can anyone give any advice or words of wisdom! Feeling deflated and heartbroken and scared to be a single mum again!
