can i have a pp pls.
Sorry if it a long one. Not really baby related but just wondered how other mums would feel.
I have been friends with my two bffs for over 20 years. We always said we would be bridesmaids for each other. But now we have grown up and had kids i kinda assumed our daughters would be the bridesmaids and had kinda put aside the idea that i would. Anyway bff1 has just announced date for her wedding she has asked bff2 to be chief bridesmaid, but me and my kids are not included at all. She says it is because i am a single mum so who would look after my kids while i do bridesmaid stuff. (Bff2 boyfriend will look after their kids) yet she has invited me, kids and a +1 so surely i could take my mum or a friend to watch the kids. I never thought it would bother me, but now i just want to cry i am so upset. I respect it is her wedding and i am lucky to even make guest list which is only 40 people. But i can’t help how hurt i feel. What would other people do?
