Can I have a ppp? A while ago CSA (or whatever they are called now) rang me after I signed up for IS and asked was I getting anything off the kids Dad for them and if not they could help me set it up. I said I was getting money from him and they said that’s ok and if it stops there is an option to take it to court and the court can force him to pay the set amount we had all ready agreed on if he started to refuse to pay, as long as I could prove he had been paying that amount for a while, he’s now deciding he doesn’t want to pay that anymore he reckons they don’t need anything as he doesn’t see them (his choice). What I’m asking is anyone used this? And were you successful?

I use them, I have had a couple of payments for my daughter, but not many in the almost 3 years since he left. Have finally got it being taken from his wages direct. Personally I find it a bit hit and miss with CMS xx
