Can i have a ppp
Before my period I feel really sick as if it’s morning sickness but it’s not.. I’ve been safe I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this and what helps or causes it..

It’ll be hormones. Eat small,regular meals and try some anti sickness remedies like sea bands,ginger or peppermint
I always feel like this every month and im not pregnant. no idea what is it myself
