Can I have a PPP ? I am a single mum to a gorgeous little boy who is 18 months. He is great child, sleeps 12 hours isn’t a fussy eater ( there actually isn’t anything he doesn’t like😂) interacts with other children ok etc.. my question is how do I deal with his tantrums and how do I get him to listen to me I repeat myself at least 40 times a day and he doesn’t listen at all to what I say . I’ve read all the books and things online but nothing seems to work, I’ve tried naughty step , ignoring him but I can’t do this for anymore than two seconds as my heart breaks hearing him cry, he’s began to hit me and screams and shouts blue murder if he doesn’t get his own way! I know tantrums at this age are normal and I know he probably doesn’t understand he’s done wrong but has any of you other mums found something that does work? He goes to nursery in august/September and I’m scared he will act like this in there and disturb the other children or even worse lash out at them.
