Can I have a ppp? I have been bleeding since the 28th Sept and I just randomly did a pregnancy test Monday night which was a clear positive.. I went to the a&e yesterday after being advised by 111 and the ambulance crew yesterday morning and after being examined and having my blood tests done the midwife came to me and told me my hormone level was 4000 odd which means I am around 6 weeks pregnant and then congratulated me and my partner.. How do they know I’m still pregnant? I don’t have a scan until Friday but surely bleeding and being in pain for nearly a month while pregnant can’t be healthy? I do have a urine infection but I was told by another doctor at the hospital that that wouldn’t cause the bleeding but could cause the pain? After 8 hours in the hospital I still came home with no solid answers and truthfully, I’m scared. I keep finding myself planning ahead with our new addition but then realisation hits that I may have already miscarried. Anyone been through anything similar? I think I know what the outcome is going to be but I just want to hear from other mummies and their experiences/opinions maybe? I don’t know.. xxx
