Can I have a ppp? I need some advice im really starting to struggle my partners works night and does so much over time so his hardly home and obviously when he is his pretty much sleeping all the time. I’m a taking full time looking after my dad and obviously my little boy. But I can’t cope anymore. I can’t remember the last time I actually eat a full meal I can’t remember the last time I actually had a bath I’ve just been cleaning myself with water now and then (I know it’s nasty) I can’t remember the last time I haven’t cried myself to sleep. I can’t keep on doing this. Sorry for the rant I just need help 😭
