Can i have a ppp. I’m 38 weeks tomorrow and all day today I have had pressure in my bum. I’ve gone for more bowel movements today which is unlike me as I don’t go everyday let alone lots in a day, also sometimes I feel the need to go but nothing happens. Went to the midwife yesterday and she said baby is 4/5 engaged. Could this be a sign for labour? Sorry for tmi
