Can I have a ppp I’m after some advice my lg is 5year old and finds it hard to fall asleep been happing a for 3years now at 2-5year I had to hold her down for her to sleep as she just move’s and make noise to herself all night long its always about 12 1 in morning she fall asleep then gets up for school at 7 she in a full day school, I just don’t know how she can do so much and still never sleep she also dose gymnasium 1 day a week and still that night she don’t go to sleep till late.
Also she don’t eat a lot a meal times it takes her 1hour to eat dinner and can take up to 2hours to eat her tea she also she will not eat in a morning.
I have had meetings at school and they only problem was dinner she was only have one bit of a sandwich the 6hours she was in school, happy kid and don’t stop moving 24/7 and a good weight.
I’m just wondering if anyone can help with any advice on what to do with helping her sleep better and relaxing as she can’t sit still at all always on the go.
