Can I have a ppp.
I’m desperately in need of help and I’m really hoping someone can show me in the right direction, I suffered with pnd after my daughter, but just before she turned 2 I came off my meds cold turkey and kind of been okay without them, maybe the odd glitch here and there. However I am now 13 weeks pregnant with our second and my emotions are everywhere, don’t get me wrong the baby is planned but I’m just so overwhelmed and exhausted 24/7 to the point where tonight my 2year old wanted me to take her to bed and I lost it, couldn’t handle it anymore (she only allows me to do everything not her dad) and yes I feel like the worst Mum in the world but I’m so scared, i just need help but professional help and I really don’t know where to start😢 I feel like im gonna need more than just a few meds and I’m so scared. I’m so sorry for the long post! Xxx
