Can I have a ppp?

I’m just wondering if any mums have been pregnant but repeatedly got negative results on pregnancy tests?
I haven’t had my period since the start of march but multiple tests are saying negative. I’ve been to the Drs and all blood tests have came back clear & I don’t feel stressed at all.

I keep having feelings that my body isn’t right but I’m so confused! 😓
