Can I have a ppp lady’s with IBS ? For the past 7 days I have had diarrhea/watery poo and been Docs and he has said it is cos I am constipated and gave me laxatives, poo sample off to be tested and bloods done but I am scared to take them incase I can’t control my poo as I can atm….. and what helps IBS ?

I’ve suffered it since I was 17 (23 now) and honestly not a lot seems to help me apart from avoiding what triggers it off. Try drinking warm water it’ll ease the cramps and take buscopan x
