Can I have a ppp,

Last week I started to ween my little one on to cows milk, first couple of days everything was fine and then when she started trying to have a poo she has been screaming in pain, it has been coming out like a large egg and is so hard!! No wonder she is in so much pain trying to pass it!

Has anyone had the same with their little ones? Is there any foods I can give her to help soften her poo?
