Can I have a ppp,

Me and my partner recently split. He’s moved back to his parents house after threatening to kill himself (he’s 26) we have a 4 month old together. I’ve recently found out he’s cheated on me (with several women) during and after he pregnancy. Was taking drugs (legal high (spice) and was smoking weed). He’s also been telling his friends and the women he’s been cheating on me with that our daughter has been in hospital twice once with for a CT scan and another recently for a temp of 42degrees. He’s point blank lied about all accusations until I showed him the proof I found. As well as him verbally abusing her (calling her a c*nt child, and to shut the fuck up) I’ve told him he’s not seeing her until I feel like I can trust him and he’s made an improvement. He’s telling me he’s taking me to court to get access. His sister has told me she would happily stand up in court saying what she has heard and seen as a witness. Am I doing the right thing?
