Can I have a ppp.

My little boy will be 2 just after new year and last night he woke up being sick. He was sick all through the night even when there was nothing left to come up.
He has had small amounts if juice because he is really thirsty but he keeps bringing that up to.
He wants food and more juice obviously because he’s hungry and thirsty but can’t give him any because he can’t keep it down.
I’ve tried him with dioralyte to try and keep the sugars in his body but he refuses to drink that..
Can anyone suggest what I can do? He still has wet nappies and he has been drinking so I know he’s not dehydrated but it’s just that he really wants drink and food which I’m worried to give.
