Can i have a ppp … so baiscally my patner has paid his ex since he was born .. he then cancelled csa because he was paying it direct .. she has then kicked of and said hes not allowed to see his LB .. so hes set is back up and because she expected more money as she thought hus earning went up shes had a reality check and its actually gone down … shes nownsayinf he can see him 2 hours a week what he carnt work around due to work commitments and has tried to explaine this… he has told her if he needs anything ie school clothes .. clothes .. what ever he will go and buy him it .. well now shes told him to go through court to see his son .. as hus partner i dont know what to do because its his only child and tries his best (bearing in mind im not allowed to see his child even tho we have been together 2 years) please no bashing just wanting some advice really ???

It shouldn’t be based on money any child is entitled to a relationship with both parents if its possible I really don’t know who these women think they are playing god with a child
Let them go to court. She has made a big mistake saying that as the costs actively seek involvement from the dad. They will frown a lot on her not letting her see him too as money or not that is entirely a separate issue and it looks like financial bribery – and when you are with your partner if the court decided that he had parental responsibility those days then it is up to him to make those decisions who he sees. I have been through this myself and I was basically told it was none of my business what he does with the kids when he is in charge of them
