Can I have a PPP

So confused. I had my period on the 17th of may for 5 days. I then ovulated two weeks later 31st may (I think according to my cervix I didn’t take OPK) which is usual for me. My period was due at some point on the weekend but hasn’t come. I’m having period symptoms and my cervix is hard and low and I’m having sticky CM. I’m not pregnant as we weren’t planning on trying until this up coming cycle which now I’m worried I won’t ovulate this month as my period hasn’t come? Does anyone have any advice? Or is there a chance I could be pregnant? We didn’t have in protected sex until the 11th of June. I have taken tests which are negative but weren’t taken in the morning and could be too early as we only had unprotected sex just over a week ago
