Can I have a ppp? X

For months now I’ve been struggling to live at home, my mum is always on my back. Anything I do is wrong. Recently my mum and stepdad have split up so it’s been difficult but I’ve always listened to her and I’ve supported her through it, I’ve found it difficult as I’ve known him since I was three but I’ve supported her no matter what. The things she complains about is a long list so I’ll give a few examples…

1) me n my boyfriend stayed at his house most weekends, she complained we never stayed at her house so we started to alternate it, this has happened for over a year now. But now she wants me to ask if it’s alright to stay which I don’t understand because it wasn’t an issue before…

2) Tonight I told her I was going upstairs on my laptop to do some writing. It took me an hour to do, then I decided to play on my PS4. She comes storming into my room complaining that I’m on it, that I’m not supporting her with what she’s going through, although she made it clear to me the other week she wasn’t bothered anymore, but I have done!

I can’t do anything right in her eyes. She complains that I don’t ask her anywhere, but I do but she never wants to go, she says I’m self centred but I do a lot for her. I’ve got anxiety now with it all I’m constantly worried with what I’m going to get told off next time, I can’t win 😞 it’s all pathetic and I’m not coping well x
