Hiya just wondering has anyone has there tubes tied?

If so is there a fee to pay and also is there an age limit ?
I couldn’t go through with an abortion and currently about to drop with baby no.2 I’m only 21 but I suffer with depression and anxiety and have 2 kids now. I want a career and my kids but scared of j got pregnant again it would make my depression worse and also my back as I have a really painful back.
Worried there not going to let me because I’m only 21 😞
