Can I have a ppp?

Have any other women had this?

I was on the implant for about a year before I had it removed to have a child and had no periods or period symptoms. I had my baby in Oct and implant back in in November. Again, no periods or symptoms.
I stopped breastfeeding around 3 months ago and have also lost just over 2 stone since the end of Feb.
On the 30th May I started a very heavy period, and I’m still on it…still very heavy with no sign of stopping.
I’ve been to docs and had bloods and swabs done. Swabs not back yet but bloods are all off. Rather nervous that this is going to be serious.
Please can people tell me of their experiences to put me at ease please? Thank you x
