Can I have a ppp?
I am worried I am suffering from post natal depression and I don’t know what to do.
My daughter is 4 weeks old now and I have 2 other children aged 7 and 10 (from my ex partner).
My husband is fantastic, my children are amazing, I get on brilliantly with their dad and his wife ( we are all friends) but I just feel so low.
I don’t understand nothing bad is going on in my life but I just have no motivation, I want to sleep all the time, I haven’t had a shower in 2 days, I have no motivation to clean the house.

I am just feeling more and more distant from everyone each day and I don’t know how to stop it. When my daughter starts to cry I just feel like crying too.
My mum past away 12 days after my second child (the pressure of that kind of ruined me and my ex’s relationship) and I have no other family. I just feel so down. Any advice?
