Can I have a Ppp?

I have a doctor’s appointment already booked for mid September for this but i dont want to waste anyone’s time if they cant help me.

Im 22, share my home with my partner of 4 years and my beautiful son who is 10 months old.
My partner works full time so it’s just me and my son till around 6pm.
I keep having really negative thoughts and its dragging me down physically and mentally.
In the day I keep the door locked because I’m convinced someone will run in and take my son even though i know they physically cant get in and i often think that the block of flats will set on fire and i start thinking about how me and my son would get out.
I absolutely dread bedtime because when mg partner and son are asleep, im awake for around 3 hours just watching my son to ensure hes breathing and ok. I turn my phone off to go to sleep and if I hear him moving the whole me watching him cycle starts again
When his grandparents have him overnight i am so scared of receivinga phone call to say somethings happened to my son 😓😓
If i see 1 magpie (cause its meant to be bad luck) I start worrying incase something happens to him
I could go on but the post is long enough as it is so I’m just seeing if anyone knows if the gp will be able to help?
Im really lucky because I have a good supporting family, partner and also his family are very supportive too – I just don’t think I’ll get over this on my own 😦😞
