Can I have a PPP

I ovulated last Thursday evening. So today I’d be 7/8dpo (days post ovulation. Since yesterday I’ve had some cramps. Mostly in my right side. I’m wondering if any other women experienced this and got a positive test when they missed a period? I know a lot of people say it can be implantation pain but I ovulated on my left side and having cramps on my right. Thank you in advance
