Can I have a ppp
Just looking for a bit of advice really,
I suffered depression after my first born (nearly 3 now) I haven’t been on meds for over 18 months, however I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant with our second and I feel like the depression is back with a vengeance! I’m just so scared to go the doctors and speak to anyone about it, how or what can I do to make me feel less anxious about going to the docs over it again because I’ve been constantly putting it off for weeks and I can’t take it much longer,
