Can I have a ppp?
My little one turned 2 in June.. Her dad is on the birth certificate but doesn’t bother, unless its convenient for him..
He has paid child maintenance on and off since January, isn’t bothered about seeing her, is more interested in spending time and money on his new girlfriend.. He hasn’t paid CM in nearly a month now, claims he can’t afford it.. (hes just been on holiday with his new gf)
I’m taking our little girl on holiday in September.. only for a week, i’ve been told I need his permission to take her out the country, but he’s refusing, also refused to hand over his passport details so i could get hers. Is there any way i can get around having his permission if hes not paying cm and doesn’t see her?
Also, he’s taking me to court to hand over his parental responsibilities but told me he won’t do it until after the holiday so we can’t go

Note you can do my mother had this problem.. I couldn’t get a passport till I was 18 to do it myself and even then I had loads of problems with it because of not knowing full details it took 6 months and missed both holidays booked haha
Unless your married you don’t need his permission I did both my kids passports with out there dads details and never got permission he’s on the birth certificate aswell xx
Do you have proof of him saying he’s basically ruining your holiday? If so that can be used in your favour I’m sure x
You can take her as long as it’s no longer than 28 days
