Need advice regarding my daughter.
She’s been at her dad’s since Sunday. He told me he would be bringing her home tomorrow when he picked her up. I’ve just messaged asking what time he is dropping her off and whether hell be paying the maintenance tomorrow. He said she’s not coming home tomorrow and I’m not getting the maintenance for her either. He’s being a darn right prat and won’t even let me pick her up telling me he’s got plans with her all day tomorrow (that’s not a problem he normally drops her in the evening and I can also pick her up in the evening too) I’ve told him if he won’t co operate with me in getting her home tomorrow then I’ll be phoning the police. And regarding the maintenance we agreed on £30 a month i got 15 last month and told him if I don’t receive it by 31st of this month then I’ll be going through cms. Was I right to do This? He’s not paid anything for her in the 5 years she’s been alive! He’s also not aloud her longer than a week according to social services. Do I have good grounds to call the police?
