Can i have a ppp?
Need advice urgently ! My little boy whos 3 years old feels the need to taste everything!! Hes been doing it for about 2 months now.. Tmi but he has even put his finger in his bottom and licked it! Including his own poo on many occasions 🙁 he has even stuck his finger in a puddle of dog wee once and put his finger in his mouth… you name it! hes tasted everything! Ive explained to him he shouldnt do it as its yucky stuff… not forgetting to mention floors are very dirty and it could give him tummy ache but all i get is laughed at!! 🙁
I was wondering is this normal behaviour for a 3 year old? Or is it something to go to the doctor about?? Its quite frustrating im surprised hes not fallen ill yet! 🙁

Mmmm my son did this from a young age n would draw on the walls with his poo but the older they get the less “normal” it is. 😳 this was a long list of problems, he was diagnosed with autism at 3. He’s 8 now n still sticks his finger up there n licks it 😷😷😷
My son suffers from PICA it’s a condition where they experience everything with their mouths like s baby does and everything goes in. But your boy is still so young he might grow out of it x
Could be pica could be through habit or iron deficiency usually the gums r more white if you’ll lip down and look my son went through a phase of licking everything but eldest had pica and ate everything
both my boys went through this stage it was like talking to a brick wall they did eventually grow out of it tho xxx
