Can I have a ppp?

Please no hate💘I got feedback in my last post about other moms having their period while pregnant. I dont know what to think. I feel pregnant but I’ve also had a period sense I was last with my partner. After finding out I might have been pregnant, he blocked me on everything. Ive had nonstop suddle cramps sense about 12 days after we had sex. My period was much lighter than usual but much darker. I get something like morning sickness but it happens through out the day. The earliest response from my last post was 13 week a lady found out she was pregnant, has anyone found out sooner? I cant afford a blood test and urin test come out both positive (very faint) or negative. I just need advice ladies 😔
