Can I have a private anonymous post please?
Me and my babies dad have been in a rocky relationship and we’ve recently broken up. I would never stop access. He’s not allowed to be left alone with her for reasons I won’t discuss. I don’t really want to go through a contact centre for him to see her. Would this be the best route? Or should I give him the chance to come and see her on set days at my home. (Im unsure of doing so as I know he will make things hard for me if he comes here, he doesn’t want me to move on and it’s volatile when we are together. He’d also refuse set days as he wants to see her whenever he wants to but he’s already said he’d turn up everyday just so I couldn’t do anything) Any advice would be much appreciated.

Who’s in control here as he’s trying to gain by ill turn up every day statement your child needs set day to see her father and you defo need a go beween especially if he refusing to set days and times ect you need prove of him not turning up ect if he intends to make your life harder just so your covered say you need to have an order put on him also dose ss or do you have prove as to the reason why he can’t be left alone with her incase he try’s the good old line of ill take you to court for overnight contact, good luck 9 times out of 10 it’s all talk he just has to learn to separate you from your daughter
