Can I have a private message please

I am currently 14 weeks pregnant
And I can’t bring my self to tell my 7 year old son I’m pregnant
I actually can’t really be fully happy myself
I’ve been told for the last 4 years I’ll never had children
I have multiple problems had surgury on my overies
And got told I may not ever be able to carry a baby full term because of my problems with my womb
I have had a miscarriage before I was 16 weeks and it was literally just after my second scan that night (I was high risk so had regular scans)
So I am literally so scared I’ll loose my baby
And all my son wants is a brother or sister
I’ve told my close family and work colleagues as I’m so I’ll literally so sick all the time so had no choice
And I’m also starting to show I’m getting a bump really early this time
Last thing I want is to tell my boy and build his hopes up
Than if something goes wrong how the hell do I tell him
I feel like I can’t fully be happy to but this is all we have always wanted
