Can I have a private post again please 🙂

I split from my ex partner 4 months ago im currently 26 weeks pregnant with his baby we have a 2 year old son together, he had access every weekend for the day untill he had ideas I was seeing someone he was a nightmare abusive driving past my home intimidating me and my older daughter, I had to block his number and stop access due to solictors letters regarding access and so many lies, he turned up at my address climbed the back gate and let himself onto my back porch and sat there for half hour I rang the police as advised from previous contact with the police, ive since moved to a new address which was meant to be unknown untill everything was sorted, I was due to go to mediation but hed had his first meeting got it signed and applied straight to court, he recently tried contacting me so I unblocked his number and we spoke and tried to sort things out I took our son to see him and things seemed okay then 2 days later he said he will cancel court proceedings if o signed a letter which would go to the judge stating wed both agreed an arrangement which was every other weekend and every Sunday which he said we’d not need to stick to it was just so he had something in writing, wed both spoke about over night contact was fine but not just yet as he needs a bond with our son and our son needed to be comfortable going and staying,so when I said o wasn’t happy and I didn’t trust him i wouldn’t sign hes turned nasty with abusive phone calls calling me all the names under the sun basically saying I’m stupid and hes going to win, were due to go to court in a few weeks but I’m really worried whats going to happen, if never said he can’t have access he just didn’t agree to what id said, it wasn’t a permanate arrangement eventually over night contact would be fine I just wanted it to be best for our son, he smokes cannabis and is a very angry person he didn’t help me when we was together and he doesn’t pay attention to the children hed emotionally abused my daughter and he controlled me to the point I had no friends or family, he caused so much trouble for Me, hes had people watching me and he knows my new address .. I’m really concerned with what will happen, has anyone been through anything similar
