Can I have a private post on any page please?

I stupidly just used the applicator to insert a canesten pessary, I didn’t put it too far up but probably further than I should have.

I’m 33 weeks do I need to keep an eye on myself now? Can it cause anything it shouldnt? Sorry if I sound stupid🙈
