Can I have a private post please.

6w ago at my 6week mum and baby check I had the contraceptive injection done as the nurse was free. I’d came on my period that was which was convenient. My period lasted 12days. I’ve not had a period since (6weeks) no symptoms. My doctors gave me some tablets sertraline for post natal depression. I’ve been taking them for 2 weeks and I’ve had light bleeding, little brown stuff a few times a day for the last week. Has anyone had anything like this??
