Can I have a private Post please as I feel like a failure and so embarrassed..

Sat here balling my eyes out I can’t handle my 12 year olds attitude any longer, he always runs back to my mum and dads when he doesn’t like what he’s been told at our house.. his attitude is disgusting he appreciates nothing and gets abso everything, I pay for his phone bill everymoth which is £56. It’s very draining for the whole family. I’ve taken his phone from him and his social media but I don’t know what more I can do.. he was asked to go to the shop earlier we had an argument and as he was sat on the step putting his shoes on I gave him £20 which fell on the ground, assuming he picked it up and went to the shop I closed the door 1hour past (shop is round the corner) I went looking for him only to find out he’s gone to my mams and is claiming he didn’t pick up the £20 so someone outside has clearly lifted it, now he’s saying he’s living there and not coming home ever! What can I do.
