Can I have a private post please? Basically I’m undergoing some tests on finding out what’s wrong with me, but I think we’ve concluded IBS. I have been experiencing stomach pains for 4 months, sickness, tiredness and lack of energy and needing to pee constantly and am constipated quite a lot. I just wanted to know if anyone else has been diagnosed with it and what they have tried that has relieved the stomach pains. I am quite a healthy person, I have yet to find out more about it – I just know the basics. The doctors have told me it is connected to my recurrent thrush and is impossible to treat IBS with medication? Please give me some advice, I’m in the dark and quite embarrassed

U can get alsorts ov meds to help with ibs. I suffer terribly with it but unfortunately nothing works for me. Avoid certain foods. Caffeine bread alcohol and fried food triggers mine xx
