Can I have a private post please.

Hi ladies,

I’m considering stopping breastfeeding my son James who is 16 months on Monday. He doesn’t have bm in the day anymore his choice he’d rather have food. He does have bm before bed and when he wakes through night which can be 3-4 times.

My reasons for stopping I can’t take anymore twisted nipples, biting and get my bed back on occasions. Seems so feeble reading it back and selfish on my part😑 I’m my own worse enemy 😖

Through the day for nap his either rocked or read to sleep so he should in theory be OK at night. He Co sleeps as it was ideal while his permently glued to my nip.

How do I go about stopping? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I’ve loved our breastfeeding journey I think it’s time to stop, sad times 😢
